WRITING: FOR AND AGAINST


Camping holidays are better than hotel holidays 


Every year decide where we are going on holidays. The most common destinations are zones like beach or emblematic cities such as Rome, but have you tried to go camping?


One advantage of camping holidays is that it's cheaper than an hotel so it's a good alternative if you can't pay an hotel. What is more, you can do activities like trips. However, in a camping you have few privacy.


In an hotel you can get more relaxed, you don't need to clean the room or do your own food. Although, you pay all the vantages of hotels so you might run out of money. In addition the rules are too extrict.

In conclusion, if you want to spend few money, the camping is your best opcion and if you want luxury, choose the hotel, but remind, then you have to pay it!

Advantages and disadvantages of the tourism



Nowadays, every summers, a lot of people travel to another countries, cities, villages,... They receive the name of tourists, but which are the advantages and disadvantages of this practice?

It's clear that the tourism is good for hotels and restaurants because the mayority of his earnigs are in holiday's time. In addiction, if this travelers enjoy with their experience, they will recomended it to their friends. Also it`s serves for save forgotten villages from the field of dissappear.

On the other hand, the touist fill of rubbish the zones where they pass (not all of them), how for example in the beach, where they throw away food wrappers. However they produce acoustic pollution.

In conclusion, the tourism is good for the people and hotels and catering business, but is bad for the environment.

THE LAST OF THE MOHICANS


CHAPTER 10: To the happy hunting ground.


After a chat between Uncas and Tamenund about the antecesors, the chief said to Magua to go out but he didn't want to leave without Cora. Finally he persuaded the chief and very angry, grabbed Cora and took her to the Hurons’ camp. Before that he left, the mohicans convinced Tamenund to fight the Hurons.


In the other hand, Uncas, Hawk-eye, Tamenund and Heyward came up with a plan to combat the Hurons and surround them. Hawk-eye sent an Indian boy to fetch his rifle. When the Mohicans and the Delaware were closed to the camp of the Hurons they saw nearly anyone, they first believed it was a Huron, but later turned out to be Gamut. Gamut says that Magua is with Cora in a cavern.

Finally, Magua killed Cora and later in an individual fight he killed Uncas too. Magua ran out but Hawk-eye shoots him ans he fell dead. The next day, the Delawares mourned their losses. The Hurons had been completely destroyed. Munro sits very sad and Gamut sings a saddly song over the grave. At the end, Tamenund said: “I have lived to see the last of the Mohicans”.

CHAPTER 9: Magua, Huron Chief.


The Hurons opened the door of the prison where Uncas was, and they discovered that it was Gamut who was there, so they warned of the situation to the people from the tribe. Afterwards, they sought to Magua, he was found in the caves, bound gagged and very angry. Later, the old chiefs and Magua were talking, and they decided to go to Delaware’s village, because they thought that Heyward, Haw-Eye, Uncas and the sisters are there.


When the Hurons reach to the Delaware’s village, Magua talks with the chief of the tribe, Hard-Heart. During the conversation Magua confirms that the Mohicans and the rest were here. But Cora tried to convince Tamenund, who is a Delaware chief, to help them against the Hurons.

CHAPTER 8: A bear to the rescue


When the light came again, Uncas was surrounded by Hurons in the middle of the hut. On the other hand, one of these Hurons told Heyward that he had to help one of their women because she was very ill. Later, Magua went into the hut and he saw that Uncas was their prisoner and told him that he will be executed the next day.

Later, one of the chiefs went with Heyward to a hill and while a bear followed them. When they arrived at the hill, they entered into a cave that had lots of passages and went to a room where was the sick woman, also were there Gamut and other women, but they went out for the cave because they thought that Heyward need space to cure the woman and the bear take off their head and seem Hawk-eye.


They went to save Alice who was in another room, but appeared Magua from another passage. It wasn't a problem because Heyward and Hawk-eye tied him and gagged him, and then they ran out of the cave. They hid Alice with a blanket and went to the forest. Gamut helped Hawk-eye to save Uncas; they came up with a plan. Gamut interchanged his clothes with Uncas. When Hawk-eye and Uncas were in the forest was when the guards noticed that the prisoner had escaped.

CHAPTER 7:Into The Hurons Camp.

The five men went on with their walk, where they found some tracks that were of Magua so they followed them. Later they saw the tracks of the Munro sisters and then they arrived at a lake. They separated in groups of couples to explore the place but, Heyward was going to explore it alone because they were five. 


Heyward saw some shaders and he met with Gamut who was wearing Huron clothes and then  the other appeared. So all of them decided to look for the sisters and for that they had to paint Heyward's face to not be recognized. He and Gamut went to save Alice and Uncas and Hawk-eye to save Cora. Munro and Chingachgook stayed there waiting.

Heyward and Gamut arrived at the camp of the tribe where Alice was and went into the hut of one of the chiefs with the guards. Heyward tried to seem like a doctor that was sent there to treat sick Hurons. Suddenly cries out of the hut surprised them so they went out of it to see what was happening. Uncas was captured and he entered in the hut. An old woman stared Uncas and the Huron and she told the Huron that he had to die because he was a coward, so when she was going to kill him, the light of the hut turned off.

CHAPTER 6:  Tracks From The Battlefield.


A few says after the massacre of the Fort William, Heyward, Munro and the Mohicans returned to the Fort looking for Cora and Alice. Uncas found a piece of the scarf of Cora, and then, found an earring of Alice, the book of hymns of Gamut and tracks of Magua. Munro assumed that they aren’t dead but they were prisoners of the Hurons.

They spent the night in the ruins of the Fort. In midnight, appeared a Huron, he shooted and was nearly to kill Chingachgook but Uncas went to seek him and killed him. They decided that they will follow Magua’s tracks to find the girls, they will go in canoe.

In the morning, they went to the river and rode in the canoe, then began to paddle. They arrived a place where there are small islands, in one of the islands they saw smoke and they thought that there were Hurons. The Hurons saw them and tried to kill them, but they escaped to the riverside.
